1. Publisher and scope
The website telva.is is published by Telva ehf., ID no. 490626-0930, Suðurlandsbraut 6, 108 Reykjavík, Iceland, email telva@telva.is. These terms apply to the use of the website. By using the website, the user accepts them.
2. The website
The content of the website is a general presentation of Telva and its modules and is not an offer. Prices are not published on the website: they depend on the modules, connections and scope of implementation. Telva Sýnidæmi (the demo) at demo.telva.is is an open demo without sign-in and shows prepared data, not data of real companies.
The content of the website may change without notice. The handling of personal data on the website is governed by Telva’s privacy policy.
3. The service
Use of Telva as an operating system for a company rests on a service agreement between the company and Telva ehf. It governs the terms, price, scope and other matters specified there. These terms do not replace the service agreement and do not change it.
The service level of the system, such as service hours and response to incidents, is determined by the company’s service agreement.
4. Access and company data
Users get access to the system by role and with the permissions their company grants. A user keeps their access confidential and is responsible for its use.
A company is the controller of the data it enters into the system or retrieves from its own operating systems, and Telva is the processor of that data. A connection to a company’s operating system requires suitable access permissions in that system. See the privacy policy and the page Öryggi (security, in Icelandic).
5. Prohibited use
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass access control of the website or the system.
- Disrupting the operation of the website or the system.
- Using the website to send unsolicited messages or to send requests in the name of another.
6. Changes and contact
If the terms change, this page is updated and the date at the top is changed. Questions about the terms go to telva@telva.is.
